Wheat is the raw material for a flour millو where quality is always the goal, ensure that they only procure the finest grain from Jordan and abroad . Meticulous checking by sampling is conducted for all wheat deliveries in order to carry out all of the necessary chemical tests in the quality control laboratory. The wheat delivery is only completed if it meets the strict quality standards of South Amman Mills. The grains are then stored in respect to their features and go through the cleaning process before being used.

Wheat: Total storage capacity of 50,000 tons wheat unloading at a rate of 350 tons per hours.

Flour: 3000 ton storge capacity.
